Sometimes, cleaning the windows is a real challenge, because all the outside dust and dirt will stick on them, and no matter what cleaning product you choose to clean them, will leave some unsightly cloudy traces behind. On the hand, you can try my homemade window cleaner, which will leave your windows shiny and money in your wallet.
- rubbing alcohol
- 2 drops of dish soap
Mix equal parts of water with rubbing alcohol and vinegar, and then add the dish soap. Pour the solution in a spray bottle and shake it before each use.
Use a microfiber cloth
After spraying the solution, use a microfiber cloth to clean the windows without leaving cloudy traces behind. This solution is ideal to use for mirrors.
If you windows are really dirty, wash them thoroughly with water and vinegar mixed in equal proportions, and then use the above window cleaner.
